Ah, this cookbook means everything to me. Because all the good stuff happening now in my life is a byproduct of The Book That Changed My Life.
It’s SO cheesy, but writing and self-publishing this book really was the turning point to a better, healthy life. My first 25 years were quite a struggle with me suffering from severe eczema, (food) allergies and asthma. Learning how to cook in a new way helped me to get my body back on track after years of heavy medication and cortisone.
Initially, I called the cookbook Soulflavours, which is also the name of my first company, and then it didn’t feel right so I printed new covers and that’s where are today. It contains 70+ recipes free from gluten, dairy, yeast, eggs and refined sugar.
